California Roll
Ingredients:
6-8 pound rice
32 oz vinegar
2 pound artificial crab stick
16 cucumber (shredded)
6 avocado
8 oz roasted sesame seed
50 sheets of dry seaweed
1 bamboo mat
Directions:
1.
Wash rice under water at
least 4 times. Put in rice cooker and let it cook.
2.
After the rice is
cooked, put it in a bowl and add vinegar to it.
3.
After the rice cools
down, put a hand full of rice on the dried seaweed. Spread the rice evenly
on to the seaweed. Then sprinkle on some sesame seed.
4.
Turn the seaweed over.
Put two pieces of avocado, one stick of crab, and a couple of shredded
cucumber.
5.
Put the seaweed on the
bamboo mat and roll it.
6.
After you roll it, cut
it into 6 pieces and serve. Repeat the directions again if you want more.

If you want to make more just follow the instructions again to make more.

include recipe because I think that it tastes good and that my classmates
