The Amazing Zoo
My picture shows people looking at the flamingos. The flamingos are enjoying
the sun and water, but are a little nervous when people are staring at them.
The zoo has nice, funny, friendly animals.
People at the zoo teach you about the animals. The zoo has lots of animals.
Sometimes the animal can teach you things. |

The important thing about the zoo are the animals. |
|
You can look at the animals. |
|
You can learn about the animals. |
|
You can feed some animals. |
|
You can buy stuff. |
|
You can eat at the zoo and play there |
|
But the most important thing about the zoo is the animals. |

What I know. The Roger Williams
Park Zoo has lots of animals. They sell some stuff. They can teach you about
many animals and where they come from. Some animals are kept in cages, some
live on land, some live in water, some are loose. You should go there. |
|
I want to know what all animals in
the zoo eat and where they come from. I also want to know how they can take
care of so many animals. I also want to know what to do when one of the mom
animals has a little baby animal. |
|
I learned that the animals in the
zoo eat different thing like the bears, it eats fish and the monkeys eat
fruit. The people at the zoo take care of the animals. When a baby is born
they keep it in a special place until it grows up. |
